Christmas Cards in July – Saturday Afternoon Special
Are you the person who always makes that New Years Resolution to make an early start on their Christmas Cards but never seem to manage it? I know I am! Well here is a special afternoon of card crafting especially designed to get your Christmas Card mojo all fired up and ready to go. Plus it’s a nice way to spend a Saturday afternoon don’t you think? You will need to bring your basic crafting kit to this class (trimmer, craft knife, 30cm ruler and a bone scorer and score board or whatever you normally use for scoring). Book fast though, as places are already filling for this fun afternoon.

Basic Stamping
COSTS ONLY $15 AND AT THE END OF THE CLASS YOU

In this class you will learn about the various types of inks available, their uses and those that can be used for scrapbooking. You will practise your stamping technique so that you can achieve a perfect image every time! You will play with embossing powders and discover the magic of making your images come alive as they emerge from the page. Practise adding colour to your stamped images using several methods and learn the basics of shading and how to blend colours for that really professional finish.

Using Distress Inks
Do you like the aged and distressed look? Capture that old world feel on your cards. Perfect for those male cards that we all seem to struggle with! Come and learn how to use this beautiful range of inks and embossing powders to create beautiful and truly unique cards.
Level: Intermediate/Advanced

Series 2: Cards with a Difference – Accordion Cards
Have you wanted to create that card with a difference?! Something for someone special, that they will treasure. Accordion cards are fun to make and add that special something to make your cards more memorable and interesting. You will need to bring your basic crafting kit to this class (trimmer, craft knife, 30cm ruler and a bone scorer and score board or whatever you normally use for scoring).

Scrapbooking Classes
with Heidi
· 2 cardstock sheets and 2 patterned paper included (enough for 2 basic layouts!), use of cutters, adhesives and other tools also included. Other embellishments and extra paper can be purchased on the day.

Scrapbooking
Have you got a stack of family photos that you’d really like to preserve and show off to friends and family? Or maybe you’ve been thinking about making a photo record of someone special? Wanted to produce a beautiful scrapbook but not sure where to start? Or maybe you’ve been scrapping for a while and want some inspiration! Then this class is for you. Running every Monday (depending on numbers), you can book in for some one on one tuition with our talented Scrapbook teacher Heidi. All levels welcome.
Bring along 3-5 average sized photographs (4x6) or 1 enlarged photo (8x10) and 2-3 averaged sized photo’s (4x6)
Dates: Every Monday 10.30am to 12.30pm (dependant on numbers and not on public holidays).
